Biting Nails ! Anti-Nail Biting Tips.

Breaking a habit is considerably easier when you want the result more than the habit. Write down why you want to stop biting your nails and put the list somewhere very visible. By constantly reminding yourself why you want to stop biting your nails you’ll be less likely to fall off the finger-nibbling bandwagon.
Schedule Six Manicures. Whether you go to a local salon or DIY your own a-home manicure, get a manicure every week for six weeks. This will not only make your pinkies as pretty as possible and limit the likelihood of your going to town with your teeth, but also will allow you to replace your bad nail-biting habit with a nail-nurturing habit.

Put Polish In Your Purse. If you always have a bottle of nail polish in your purse, you’ll be more inclined to touch up your chipped nails than you will be to pick or bite them off.

Care For Your Cuticles. Keep your cuticles well cared for and your nails will grow in more quickly and stronger. And the faster you see the benefits of your no-biting ways, the more likely you’ll be to stick with it.

Tell Your Friends. Let your friends know that you’re working to learn how to stop biting your nails and ask them to help by gently reminding you when they see you’re tempted to take teeth to talons. It will hold you accountable and make you aware when your subconscious takes over.
